The difference between honing mill and inner circle mill
Grinding is different from internal grinding, in which a honing head is used to extend into the hole, and then the machine drives it to rotate and reciprocate, and the grinding bar is extended for cutting. The machine is a honing machine, which can be divided into vertical and horizontal types. Vertical type is more suitable for continuous production of short parts in large quantities, such as cylinder liners, and horizontal type is more suitable for production of long parts. If cast iron is processed, the production efficiency is several times higher than that of internal grinding, but steel parts are honed.
